'MY MIDWIVES'

This page is dedicated to my most wonderful Midwives, Lisbeth and Bev...  Throughout my pregnancy they were there for us day or night, doing their utmost to help us through this most difficult time in our lives...

In the area where we live, Lisbeth and Bev work within a team of midwives allowing the ante-natal care and routine checks to be carried out in your own home.

This works so wonderfully well as you really get to know your midwives, which I feel is very important, and you have the reassurance that when your labour begins, the midwives that deliver your baby are the ones that you have grown to know and trust throughout your pregnancy...

Lisbeth and Bev were our 'shadows' from the moment we found something was not quite right at the 20 week scan.  If we needed to talk, ask questions, or just generally need support, 'they were there' ~ 'right behind us' ~ day or night regardless...

Lisbeth and Bev showed nothing but Love, respect and comfort for us when Our Angel came into the world and was called to God's waiting arms...

Our heartfelt Thanks to you both and to Julie who was a tower of strength through my delivery, for bringing our most treasured Son into the world and for your love and warm words of comfort when saying 'Farewell'...

The love you gave to us and our family will be remembered always...
