'JOHN WORLAND' 'Fade-To-Black'
A few weeks prior to Jack's Memorial Birthday, Andrew and I contacted 'John Worland Video Production' which offers a complete Video Production Service... We so wanted to have Jack's Special Birthday Remembrance Service and Balloon Release on video so that we could not only have it in our memories and hearts forever, but also that we could sit down and watch and experience this very special day over and over again... We also have family and friends who live in the U.S.A, so it was a wonderful way of allowing them to be a part of Jack's Day... John was only too happy to help on our special day and made it for us, a day that we can look back on, in the months and years ahead, with memories to last forever... John was present at the Church before we arrived and it was the first time that we had met in person... From that moment, John had a special part in all of our hearts...
John videoed our service of remembrance in the Church, capturing absolutely everything... After the service, John then made his way down to Mersea Beach where the Balloon Release was to be held, and again, captured every little special moment... By the time we arrived there, John had everything set up and was videoing the handing out of the blue balloons to everyone attending... It was only on looking back on the video footage of the day, that John had actually placed a 'balloon' in his 'tripod', and that still makes us smile... We never actually saw this on the day, so it was something that we would have missed, if it had not been for John himself... After the release, John came up to us and said his goodbyes... We would hear from him in a week or so when he had edited the footage and prepared our videos for us...
John called us not long after Jack's Special Day and said that everything had gone well and that he had the video tapes ready and that he had also put Jack's Day onto 'CD ROM' too, which was a blessing for us, enabling us to send these to our family and friends abroad, allowing them the chance to experience our Jack's Day too... John bought the discs round the following morning and it was a very emotional moment... Andrew and I watched the CD later in the evening and our tears just fell... Absolutely everything that John captured on video, was just so perfect... Every part of Jack's special day was there, including the music in the background which Heidi had played for us in the church... It was like re-living Jack's day all over again... John captured 'everything' so perfectly well, that it has taken a long time for any of us to be able to sit and watch the whole footage without having a break... Everything is just so emotional... Andrew and I cannot express our Thanks enough to John for what he has given us... Having Jack's day made so beautiful on video and disc has given us something to hold onto forever... John's kindness, understanding and compassion will remain in our hearts forever... Thank~You John for everything...
