On the morning of Sam's Birthday, we had a Flower Delivery with the most beautiful basket Arrangement of 'Lilac, Blue & White Flowers'...

These were sent with love from our most precious friends, David & Sarah Packard and their most precious little baby, Emma Beatrice, letting us know that they were 'thinking of us' on Sam's Birthday and sending all their love...

We also received for Sam a beautiful little 'Cherished Teddy' holding a 'Birthday Balloon'...  This was from Mandy & Dean and their 3 children Jamie, Shannon and Sophie!  This little bear sits beside our 'Sam' in his place...  We had the most heartwarming cards made by my nieces for Sam also...  Such special words written from Sam's Cousins, especially for his Birthday.

Dean & Mandy and their family came over in the evening on Sam's Birthday to spend some time with us in remembering Sam on this special day...  We spent some precious time together, sharing all the gifts with them that we had received, and holding Sam deep in all of our hearts...

We also received a beautiful little 'Me To You' Special Little Boy' photo frame, with love from Barry & Jane and their children Kerri, Nicole and Ryan...  This rests on Jack and Sam's Unit with a beautiful little photo of Sam inside...

All of Sam's Birthday Gifts are treasured in our home and our hearts always...  Thank you to everyone who shared with us Sam's Birthday, to everyone who thought of Sam on this day, to all our friends Worldwide who lit a candle for our Sam and for all the cards and phone calls that we received on this special day...

I also wish to send my love to my husband Andrew and our earth children Sophie & Ben for making Sam's 1st Birthday in Heaven such a treasured and most memorable, special day.  I love you all.
